When do we have our fill? What do we want
to find on our plates? A room with a huge table, richly set, but
everything is well packed...
The whole table and all objects on its surface are wrapped in paper.
White paper.

This is
installation art. The visitors enter the room and sit at the table,
the actors perform at the tops of the table. Martin Ellrodt and
Johannes Volkmann unpack one object after the other, cut and fold
the paper
and paint it – and the story unfolds:
Two brothers, as different
as can be, start meddling with the devil. One of them gets his
fill, the other, too, not like he expected, however...
Martin Ellrodt
works as storyteller, whereas Johannes Volkmann studied sculpture
and from it developed the Papiertheater = paper
theatre.
The cooperation of these two results in a mixture
of word and image – feel
free to listen, to watch and to taste.
Paper tastes white – enjoy your meal!
P.s.: May the spectators experience the same as the people in the story: They
had, what they liked, and they had a liking for what they had.
